Trio Space is the ideal space to host your event. Whether it’s a glamour studded wedding or a sporty sneaker convention, our space is designed to equally serve and support a diverse spectrum of events. It is your 2000 sq.ft. blank canvas to paint the picture-perfect setting, with two room options or book both rooms for 4000 sq. ft. of event space.

Trio Space is available 7 days a week between 7 am to 11:59 pm. The hourly rate covers the rental for one 2000 sq.ft room and includes tables and black chairs. All bookings must include time for setup and cleanup.
Our recommendation is 1 hour before the event and 1 hour after the event. Please account for this time when selecting your time slots.
Monday - Thursday (before 5pm) | $200/hr
Monday - Thursday (after 5pm) | $250/hr
Friday - Sunday (before 5 pm) * | $350/hr
Friday - Sunday (after 5 pm) * | $400/hr
* Minimum 3 hours booking required.
We require a security deposit of $1000 and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental to secure your date. The remainder will be due 30 days before your event. Payments can be accepted via PayPal, Stripe and Venmo.
